Free Legal Structuring And Tax Law Workshops And Seminars

We Empower People With The Tax & Legal Knowledge To Make Informed, Calculated, And Legally Compliant Financial Decisions.

Welcome to Law & Tax Foundation - a research and education nonprofit organization that provides FREE educational seminars, courses, and programs to educate and empower people with legal and tax strategies that can help them avoid mistakes and errors.

My name is Sid Peddinti - I'm a Tax Attorney, Researcher, and Coach. I've been on a mission to empower entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals with the essential tax and legal knowledge that can help them make informed and educated decisions that do not haunt them later down the line.

Over the past two decades, a big chunk of our work has been "fixing and restructuring" legal entities and the various assets contained in them to ensure they are not going to incur large "hidden" tax bills later down the line. More often than not, the business or estate lawyers, accountants, business consultants, financial advisors, insurance agents, and realtors who are all working with ONE client have never spoken to each other, let alone operate in alignment with each other.

The result of this "gap in communication" ends up causing devastating consequences, such as:

  • Bankruptcies and foreclosures

  • Piercing the corporate veil

  • Involuntary court liquidation orders

  • Business and estate sales and auctions

  • Complex probate proceedings

  • 40% Estate taxes, 10% probate, 18% inheritance taxes

  • A dilution in the "windfalls" that you have attained for your clients

  • Family disputes around how wealth should be used

  • A legacy diluted by family drama and taxes

I have experienced a handful of these horrible events myself - losing millions of dollars in a business bankruptcy, watching my grandfather's legacy diluted by taxes, and even bitter family drama caused due to disagreement on how the beneficiaries are going to manage the assets they just inherited.

Hundreds of people go through these events every years and the number of people that are going to leave their assets in the wrong entities and leave their heirs with these unpleasant events in going to increase at unprecedented rates over the next 3 decades.

There are roughly 100,000 people turning 65 every single day and only 33% of them have created robust estate and tax strategies to mitigate all these terrible surprises.

Whether you are a business owner, investor, or individual looking into lowering your taxes and protect your assets using the right legal entities, or you are a professional service provider who works with clients in a legal, accounting, or financial advisory capacity - we invite you to attend our free Tax Law Crash Course which dives deep into the nuances of the tax code, how different legal entities can be leveraged, and how to avoid mistakes and errors that can destroy, dilute, and deplete the value of your net worth by large chunks.

How To Grow And Preserve Their Wealth And Legacy By Leveraging The Right Law & Tax Concepts To Their Advantage

TAX LAW

We cover several different concepts that dive into the nuances of the tax code and how different layers of taxes are going to impact every dollar that you have earned and generated.

Learn how the law works to make more sound financial and legal decisions in your business and personal life.

LEGAL ENTITIES

Discover how different legal and estate planning entities operate and how you can use them to reduce your estate size, lower personal risks, and lower immediate and future tax obligations.

The goal is to help you spot gaps in your existing legal entities or areas where you are exposed so you can leverage a combination of entities to fix leaks and gain more tax breaks.

Learn from case studies and court cases

There is no better way to learn the law than to actually read case studies and sections of the code. You will learn how to read different tax code, how to read the right case studies, what tests and logical analysis the court will use in a lawsuits, and how to avoid mistakes that can erode your wealth.

There is no point in setting up all sorts of complex legal entities if you do not understand how the law operates and how those entities are going to be taxed later down the line.

Help your clients gain access to these structures which you can manage for them

It's a win-win: the bottom-line is redirecting otherwise taxable dollars by piecing together a robust law and tax roadmap that also increases the amount that you are able to help them strategically invest.

Same client - several different entities, by redirecting otherwise taxable dollars through the use of different legal entities - all done legally, ethically, and backed by research and case studies.

TAX LAW CRASH COURSE
